If you book more rooms, in high saison or for prolonged periods, Agriturismo Casa Rosa reserves the right to request in advance bank transfer of 50% of the total agreed amount to guarantee your reservation.

The prices include
Bed & Breakfast: breakfast, bed linen and towels, daily cleaning, use of outside services, car park and visit of the farm (on request).
Apartments: bed linen, consumptions, final cleaning, use of outside services, car park and visit of the farm (on request).
Conditions
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child’s crib.
One older child or adult is charged 15 € per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1.
Agriturismo Casa Rosa offres to Apartments guest the possibility to have breakfast at Bed & Breakfast, that is 1 km from Apartments. Breakfast costs 3 € per person.
Towels for stays at Apartments can be rented on site at a price of 2.50 € per set.
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Accepted only cash payments.
