How to reach us
From the A14 motorway coming from the North Exit Grottammare, turn right, go on the provincial road (SP) Valtesino towards Offida-Cossignano and continue for 12 km. After the small village of Santa Maria Goretti (hamlet of Offida), at the first roundabout turn left and at the second roundabout follow the signs to Offida, up the hill.
After about 2 km, over the hill at the traffic light, turn right and after another 2 km, you will reach Offida, and then turn right in the direction of Castignano.
From the A14 motorway coming from the south and from the Ascoli-Mare motorway Exit San Benedetto del Tronto, get onto the Ascoli-Mare highway towards Ascoli-Roma. Take the exit Castel di Lama. At the first roundabout follow the signs to Offida. Once you reach the second roundabout, go straight to Offida. After 10 km, bear left at the traffic lights to get to the centre of Offida. After 1 km, turn right and after 300m turn left in the direction of Castignano.

From Offida follow in the direction of Castignano. After 1 km, in the hamlet of San Barnaba, turn right on the road to Cossignano. After 500m take the second entrance on the left, marked by the welcome sign of Agriturismo Casa Rosa.

The apartments are located in San Barnaba, a hamlet 1 km from Offida, which is in the province of Ascoli Piceno, the most southern province in the region of Marche.

From Offida follow in the direction of Castignano. After 1 km, in the hamlet of San Barnaba, next to the little church of San Barnaba (on the right), turn left on a single track unpaved road . After 200m take the second entrance on the left.
